Easy eBike Assembly

Assembling your new eBike should be easy. Whether you’re exploring the city on your new Flyer™ M880  or toting kids & cargo to the little league game on the longtail Flyer™ L885, we’re here to help pick the assembly option to get you riding.

Our eBikes ship nearly fully assembled but will require a few final assembly steps to ensure fit and safety before hitting the road. Easily assemble at home with our step-by-step instructions and assembly videos, ship to a local bike store for professional assembly and pick-up, or select our white glove service through Velofix and have the bike assembled and delivered to your home. Mobile Service

We know that life keeps you busy. To help you spend more time doing the things you love, like riding your electric bike, let a certified mobile mechanic come to you and keep you flying.

Through our Mobile Service option with Velofix, we offer eBike maintenance to riders in select areas, bringing the service directly to your home. Our knowledgeable expert eBike mechanics can also provide a variety of services, including tune-ups, adjustments, and mechanical repairs.

 

Expert Support

Our award-winning support team comes with over 100 years of experience in keeping families rolling. We consistently collaborate with our Product Development team to stay up-to-date and provide feedback from our consumers to inform designs. Our knowledgeable Customer Support representatives are based out of our Chicago, Illinois headquarters, and each member of our team completes hands-on technical product training to provide you with the necessary expertise for fast & friendly help.
