How do I make changes to my pre-order?

If you need to make changes to your pre-order, please submit this form. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure we are able to make changes to your pre-order. Note that not all order changes can be accommodated once an order is placed. Some order change requests may require canceling and replacing your order.

How do I cancel my pre-order?
If you need to cancel your pre-order, please submit this form. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure we are able to cancel your pre-order.
When will be pre-order be charged to my credit card?

All pre-orders will be charged in full immediately upon processing your order. Your estimated ship date will be communicated at checkout and on your order confirmation email.

How do I know you’ve received my pre-order?

When a pre-order has gone through successfully, Flyer™ will send an order confirmation to the email address that was provided during checkout. If you do not receive an email, please check the spam filter in your email. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation, contact Customer Service at customerservice@radioflyer.com.
