If you need to make changes to your pre-order, please submit this form. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure we are able to make changes to your pre-order. Note that not all order changes can be accommodated once an order is placed. Some order change requests may require canceling and replacing your order.
All pre-orders will be charged in full immediately upon processing your order. Your estimated ship date will be communicated at checkout and on your order confirmation email.
You can check the status of your order Your pre-order is expected to arrive within the date range communicated at checkout and the tracking number will be emailed to your once the order has shipped. Any updates to the ship date will be communicated to you via email. Please add our email (custserv@radioflyer.com) to your contacts to ensure our updates reach you successfully.
When a pre-order has gone through successfully, Flyer™ will send an order confirmation to the email address that was provided during checkout.
