Easy eBike Assembly
Assembling your new eBike should be easy – we’re here to help pick the assembly option to get you riding.
Our eBikes ship nearly fully assembled, but will require a few final assembly steps to ensure fit and safety before hitting the road. Easily assemble at home with our step-by-step instructions and assembly video, ship to a local bike store for professional assembly and pick-up, or select our white glove service through Velofix and have the bike assembled and delivered to your home.

Through our Mobile Service option with Velofix, we offer eBike maintenance to riders in select areas, bringing the service directly to your home. Our knowledgeable expert eBike mechanics can also provide a variety of services, including tune-ups, adjustments, and mechanical repairs.
