Return Policy

RETURN POLICY FOR E-BIKES: FLYER™ M880, FLYER™ L885, FLYER™ Folding Cargo, FLYER™ Cruisers

Flyer™ Series e-Bikes can be returned for free within thirty (30) days of delivery.  To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer;
  • be free of any signs of use, including but not limited to wear and tear, dirt, dust, and fragrance;
  • must be in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
  • must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, the charger, keys, hardware, instruction manual, etc.

Customer Service must authorize the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns will not be accepted after thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Below is an outline of the return process:

  1. Purchaser emails customerservice@radioflyer.com with their order number and reason for the return.
  2. Customer Service will provide instructions to repackage the e-Bike. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the e-Bike is properly packaged per the instructions.
  3. Purchaser will send photos of the packaged e-Bike to Customer Service for review.
  4. Customer Service will review photos and approve the return if the e-Bike is correctly packaged. If not properly packaged, the purchaser will be responsible for correcting the packaging and providing new photos for approval.
  5. Once the return is approved, Customer Service will provide a prepaid return shipping label to the purchaser.
  6. Once the return is received per the conditions above, the purchaser will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will not include the cost of any selected assembly services, any initial shipping costs or any large package surcharges.

Refusal of delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If returning one or more bikes purchased as part of the 2FORYOU promotion, the $500 savings will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Defective Product

Cancellation/Changes to your Radioflyer.com Order

If you would like to make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour from the time you submit your order by completing the form here. These changes include cancellation requests, address changes, upgraded shipping or adding items to your order.

Flyer™ e-Scooters purchased on or after November 15th can be returned for free by January 31st, 2023.  To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must: 

  • be in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
  • must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, the charger, hardware, instruction manual, etc.

Customer Service must authorize the return and provide an RMA number for your return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns for scooters purchased on or after November 15th will not be accepted after January 31st, 2023. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. To begin a return, email customerservice@radioflyer.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will not include the cost of any initial shipping costs or any large package surcharges.

Flyer™ e-Bike accessories can be returned within forty-five (45) days of delivery. To return an accessory that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Customer Service within forty-five (45) days of the receipt of the accessory. To qualify for a return, the accessory must: 

  • be unused;
  • in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
  • must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, hardware, instruction manual, etc.

Customer Service must authorize the return and provide an RMA number for your return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns will not be accepted after forty-five (45) days of the delivery date.
